Tuna and Avocado Vege combo
Introduction
Vege combo is a food-style salada that you can enjoy "combination of flavors". There are four elements in it. The first one is the staple meal. For example, millet rice and veggie noodle. The second one are the main dishes such as meat dishes and fish dishes. Third thing are the side dishes. For instance, vegetables and eggs. Last one is the dressing sauce. It is your preference. You are able to eat them with one plate or bowl. Also, the veggie conbo with onemeal can be offered in various food scenes according to yourhealth-consious needs. It is also recommended for linch because it can be used for takeout.
Since I was junior high school student, I have become interested in healthy eating. At that time, I didn't know much sbout nutrients such as protein. When, I was high school student, I started researching and making meals with full consideration for nutritional balance. I knew the vege combo that time. I was interesting it because there were many types of veggie combo depending on the ingredients in it. And, my sister said that the color is colorful and cute. Even now, I often make veggie combo by changing the ingredients.

How to make
1, First, cut the tuna and the avocado into cubes.
2, Second, shred the cabbage.
3, Third, cut the yellow paprika and red paprika into thin strips.
4, Fourth, put the rice and the 10 kinds of beans and grains mix in the bowl.
5, Following that, mix the ingredients for the process 4.
6, Then, put the process 5 in the another bowl.
7, Next, put the process 1, 2 and 3 on top of the process 6.
8, After that, put the hot spring egg on top of the process 7.
9, Finally, put the dressing on the process 8.

In conclusion, I think the veggie combo has three good points. First, we can eat a balanced diet of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Second, cooking is very easy. Especially, I recommend recipes without using fire. Fish is hard to bake, sp I eat less, but with this, I can eat fish eassily. Third, we can spend less time washing dishes. Because the veggie combo can cook in one plate or bowl. From these things, especially, I recommend this recipe for those who live alone.
