This is wrriten by Beth Moncel. This website introduces low-cost recipes. She says that "making great food is my passion, my purpose, and my favorite thing to share with others." The reasons I serected this recipe are that I thought this material can get easy and how to cook is easy too. There are five processes.
I could get all materials. So, I didn't need to change materials. However, I changed quantity. Because LEMON PARSLY PASTA's recipe was for 4 people, I cut the materials in half and made enough for 2 people. Of all materials, some of them were at home. For example, olive oile, black pepper, spaghetti and salt. So, I only bought grated parmesan, parsley, lemon and garlic.
There are two good points about LEMON PARSLY PASTA's recipe. First, it's easy to get materials. I think materials that are written in this recipe are sold in any supermarket. Second, this recipe is introduced how to arrange. For example, adding some chicken, shrimp and make it myself main dish. It's good to have many arranged recipe. We can be fan this cooking without getting bored.
This recipe has a bad point. It's chopping parsley. It took me the longest time to do it. Since my kitchen is small, chopped parsley splashed a little when I chopped it quickly.
Pictures and a video in recipe were very usefull for me. They helped me cooking. There are many pictures every procendure. Thanks to them, I understood easy how to cut , mix and arrange pasta. I didon't know how to zest (procedure 2), but I could learn it thanks to video.
Finaly, I rate this recipe as 4.5 out of 5 stars. I recommend this recipe. Especially, I want people who like lemon to cook. And I think it's good that cooking this dish on hot day. The sourness of lemon and the good smell of parsley will make our burning body cool. I tasted the sourness of lemon and the richness of Parmesan cheese. I want to cook this pasta more skillfully and enjoy arrangement too. From this project, I wanted to think of recipes that is easy to arrange.
